Abstract

The narrative language in the Algerian Trilogy of Abd El Malek Mortadh with its three
parts: Epic, flood and salvation, is considered as a unique artistic phenomenon in the
Algerian novel and even in Arabic one. The traditional language which is used between
narrators exceeded to other and shifted to innovation either through its methods, that
have been structurally displaced through the advanced, delay, omission and repetition.
Furthermore ,its has been semantically displaced through the use of analogy, metaphor
and metaphysics. In this article we will discuss several issues.
