« Media education » in primary Civic education’s books between existence and absence

Abstract

In This article, we seek to demonstrate the existence of a « media education » from it’s absence in written
content of »civic education’s books »for the first, second,third,fourth and fifth year as a sample of intent
based on the content analysis approach allowing us to reach several outcomes, the most important of which
are : The absence of the scientific production about media education in the first, second and third year
books except for some minor formal references through pictures and drawings of some media and portrayal
them as part of the individual's social media and the educated student, contrary to what was discussed in Part
IV and V of the same book and The two parties discussed in their content the different media and
communication, and referred to their role and importance, their positive aspects and sometimes their dangers
in the absence of talking about how to deal with these means within the framework of "media education
