Comparison between the approach of Sharia law in the light of the cultural experience and the current challenges Khairuddin Tunisian Tahtawi two models

Abstract

This research work is an attempt to study the experience of
Kheireddine El Tunisi and Riffae El Tahtawi as scientists in the
modern age who both tried to balance between the product of the
Western civilization and the origins of the Islamic civilization
discussing the way of balance in the light of the civilized experience
dealing with the new comer civilization to the Islamic world to apply
the ideal protocol in the comparative studies between sharia and Law.
