Abstract

During First Abbasside Era , many message were given to caliphs, from schoolars and
Experts of Policy and Society, to reform bad Retinue and courtiers. Showing the
Importance of good Retinue around The Caliph .Like:« RESALT EL-SAHABA » for IBN ALMUKAFA , to El-Mansour. And the message of EL-ANbari to El-Mahdi , and the message
of Imam Malik to El-Rachid …etc.
