Abstract

Algerian Islamic Scouts played a prominent role in the attention and development
of Algerian youth, especially after the second word war , where it become widely known ,
which helped it to penetrate quickly into society . the life group of setif has played an
important role in the varows religions and national events and has contributed effectively
to the revitalization of the Algerian national movement , whether through semunars of
lectures organized by it ,or in the process of managing and managing its success .
The emergence of this group in the city coincided with the presence of important
national figures who had a great deal of containment and direction , such as Farhat Abbas
, sheikh Abdul Rahman Yahya sharif ,and his commander Hassan Belkaird ,
