Abstract

Tayab Tizini is among the prominet modernists who focused on Islamic studies in general and in the qur'an in particular. In his book "qur'anic text before the problematic of structure and reading "Tizini attempted on proving the historicism of qur’anic text and rendered"transcription" as one of the branches that would allaw reachinghis goal, considering that transcription by difinition changes provisions according to eras,meaning that 0rulings are bound by their time frame. However, the problematic that challenged Tizini in this matteris the conflict of the topic of transcription with the saying of "qur'anic eternality" the first means change and transposition in the qur'anic text,whilst the second indicates the acknowledgment of a steady stable unwavering text in the holy scripture.
