Abstract

In light of the Jewish-Islamic conflict, especially after the events of October 7, 2023, and the horrific results of the barbaric attacks of the Jewish occupation forces, attempts to read the causes of unjustified violence that violate natural laws, not to mention the religious and international laws, United Nations treaties, and conventions that protect the rights of civilians and prisoners, have become prominent in the intellectual debates. War, women and children in conflict.

What is striking is the brutality of the Jewish reaction to the Gaza Strip in particular, and the wave of hatred and tension stemming from the conviction of committing massacres with certainty and the possibility of more.

So we had to trace the religious idea and its role in building a violent, criminal personality towards innocent, defenseless people. The results were that the religious texts rooted for the Jew and formulated for him the “prohibition” (extermination) of the other, the illusion of the goyim, and everything that is not Jewish.

Among the research studies that tracked this phenomenon was the book: “The Unspoken Jurisprudence of Savagery” and “The Objectives of the Rabbis’ Fatwas and Their Effects on the Conflict and Israeli Society,” by the writer Dr. Saleh Al-Naami.

In which he singled out a number of fatwas that were formulated to build a violent, extremist personality based on Jewish religious origins.

In this research, we will approach through the writer's ideas from the book, trying to shed light on this phenomenon.
