Standards for ensuring the quality of education in the primary stage - a field study of the attitudes of teachers and principals in primary schools in the state of Skikda

Abstract

The aim of the current study is to know the physical and human criteria for the quality of education in the primary stage، from the point of view of male and female teachers، principals، principals and their deputies. The study concluded that the human and material criteria came in varying degrees in the responses of the respondents، between agreeable، neutral، and disagreeable، but the general level of the respondents، where the response of the respondents was in favor of material and human. Education and the human standard، which is represented in the position of teachers in the educational process in general and its role in improving the process and raising the productivity of learners.
