Abstract

This article is discussing about the individual freedoms. That could be realized by the criminal procedural legitimacy of the suspect and the accused.

However the procedural effectiveness allows to the officers of judicial police and the investigative judge to infringe these freedoms before the confirmation of the conviction by a final count ruling for the benefit of the investigation in order to reach the suspects and punish them, for the reason stated above, the legislator allows the shortage of the suspect freedom by putting the suspect under-control and the accused in the temporary imprisonment.

In order to deal with the subject, I have devided the subject into two parts, the first deals with the individual freedom protection for the accused, the second deals with the suspect freedom expectations.
