Abstract

Training has become today one of the most important means that educational institutions rely on to achieve a desired level of stability and efficiency, as it is an organized process that enables the individual to master his profession and acquire skills and knowledge. Algeria's realization of utmost educational levels and competence of trainers in particular can only be achieved by paying attention to the human element, which made it adopt a special training policy. However, this issue does not focus on the existence of training as much as it is concerned with its quality and the extent of its contribution to the development of competencies. The question that arises then is: how does training contribute to developing competencies and achieving the highest levels of quality in educational institutions? It can be said that achieving this depends on adopting training strategies. It is based on defining the goals and formative needs, the type of training and its programs at different educational levels, passing through its methods and evaluating the formative process. Formation is not an arbitrary thing, but rather a process that proceeds according to a scientific method and a precise plan that reflects positively on the performance of institutions, the success of the system, and the achievement of the desired goals.

In this paper, we try to shed light on the most important training strategies as one of the cycles of developing this competence and achieving the best levels of quality.
