Samaat Al-mowataa In The Book `riyad Al-noufous´ For Abi Bakr Al-maliki _ An Analytical Study_

Abstract

This research is the first attempt to extract “samaat Al-Mowataa” from the uses of phrases in the idiomatic language inside the book `Riyad Al-Noufous´ for Al-maliki; exactely from the differences uses of Hadith terminology: heard from Malik, narrated about Malik, and othors. The problem is because Malik’s disciples just did not heard Al-Mowataa. The study reached a set of results. The most important is that using Al-maliki the phrase “heard from Malik” is benefit the hearing of Al-Mowataa, rather, it is the first in the arrangement of Malik hearing program.
