Abstract

Abstract: The topic of the research is about: developments related to experiences and formulas in the field of endowment (Waqf) investment, alerting on ways and means to preserve them and activating their role in development and benefiting from them in the future. The research has been marked by: "Contemporary models and applications in the field of endowment conservation: Application of (B.O.T) system as a model". As a novelty, How to benefit from the experience of the application of Build, Operate and Transfer System (B.O.T) in the field of endowments in order to preserve Waqf and activate their role in development. Finally, I concluded that there is a relation between waqf and (BOT) system, and we can preserve waqf from this economical system.
