Abstract

The study aimed to show the values contained in the Islamic Education
books planned to first and second primary pupils for the 2012/2013 school year and
their percentages, the areas that are distributed in accordance with that, and to what
extent is it suitable to the requirements and developmental characteristics of the
stage age, along with the knowledge of its harmony with the philosophy of
educational reform in Algeria. The used approach is the content analysis. The study
culminated in a set of recommendations in the light of the outcome of the results
