Abstract

This research takes place to study a widespread phenomenon within the
scientific and public community, namely, the claim that the Maliki doctrine
contradicts the proof (dalil) in many issues. Therefore, this study aims to investigate
the manifestation of this claim, discuss its authenticity, and common forms among
jurisprudence and students of knowledge. In addition, it intends to uncover the true
reasons, methodological and subjective, behind this claim. Finally to provide
solutions for dealing with this phenomenon. In order to clear Maliki doctrine of that
claim.
