Abstract

This article is specifically dedicated to the clarification of the various
mythodological errors related to textual book heritage inquiries. Based upon a
dissatisfation with the wrong methods that have a profound impact upon the nature of
book heritage inquiries, this article provides detailed examples of the main research
mythodologies and argues that some unqualified investigators do not propose a fresh
mythodology for heritage studies in the true meaning of the word. The article therefore
attempts to introduce a research method that can be used in the field and proposes rules
for consolidating the textual qualities of book heritage.
