Abstract

 particularize the science of Ossul (the fundamental of jurisprudence) , in preparation attempt to settle and use it within the human and social sciences. In order to achieve this hypothesis, we have two important questions: What is the most important methodological basis for fundamentalist (Ossul) knowledge? What are the similarities and differences between it and the modern methodologies?
