Abstract

his article examines the ideas of some Arab intellectuals about the deadlock in the Arab world.In recent years, a popular dynamic has emerged;new generations aspire to real participation in the management of public affairs. The situation of extreme frustration has led to the phenomenon of widespread popular protest, in which civil society has the most important role. But the profound change has not happened, as the Deep State continues to monopolize the public sphere. the United States as the hyperpower, seek to impose their model on the Arab countries which have a different civilizational and historical course.These challenges have preoccupied prominent Arab thinkers when they analyzed and criticized the issue of innovation and the complex relationship between the national and the global.
