Summary:
Talking about ensuring the quality of higher education leads us to talk about various
factors that can contribute to the promotion of the university product in various scientific,
educational, creative and intellectual aspects, and this can only be achieved by identifying
various criteria and indicators that help to conduct accurate, effective and effective
assessments for the purpose of identifying weaknesses in order to make improvements and
modifications that will raise the level of the university and its outcomes, This modest study,
which was conducted at the University of Boumerdes, was conducted on a sample of 180
students in an attempt to assess the university's quality levels through a form prepared by the
researchers for this. We will try to clarify the importance and role of overall quality in
enabling and providing creativity in higher education, which is a prerequisite in modern
organizations to adapt to all developments.
