Criticism in the science of purposes -The five essentials as model-

Abstract

I have presented in this paper a series of thoughts and ideas about the five essentials critical criticism, which filled many scientists who are persistent in presenting the new. I have come to the conclusion that critical criticism is to consider the purposes of the Sharia' provisions to implement what suits the purpose of the religion  and invalidate what contradicts it. This is done by means of deep research into the ancient and modern heritage, to distinguish between what is acceptable to the Almighty’s purpose and  intention to legislate the applicable provisions and what is opposing it from exhaustion that needs canceling. These five purposes  have become the basis for many Disadvantages of interests in our time, to participate in the description of necessity. Also, There is no difference in their order, except for what achieves the purpose of legislation which is the Monotheism of Allah Almighty and the true religion provisions ’application , where each purpose is the preceding servant and complementary. the preservation of these purposes is necessary for the survival of Islamic law and its permanence, which leads to destruction or invalidation has no place in it , And his ruling is to revoke.
