Résumé

Hadith Mawquf ( untraceable Hadith), is a type of the science of Hadith, and
it is the narration of the sayings, deeds or reports from the companions or followers
of the Prophet,
The Zahiri school’s position of Hadith Mawquf
wasconsistentwiththeirscientificapproach – inclusion of evidential texts and their
generalizations and releases- and they have decided that it is an opinion in which
everybody is equal and they should not imitate it.
They have canceled this period of time – Hadith Mawquf - and they have
focused on the understanding of the Quran and Sunnah, which had weakened their
approach and opinions.
