Résumé

This article examines some aspects of civilized communication between two large important regions, the Islamic Maghreb and the Western Sudan, through important book, which is considered an important source in the Maliki scholars, especially from the Islamic Maghreb, as well as the western Sudan, it is titled (Nayl Alibtihaj Bi Tatriz Aldibaj) by Ahmed Baba Altenbokti, and we have reached through this source a set of results for images of civilized communication between the two regions mentioned, such as mutual scientific trips, especially from Sudan towards Islamic Maghreb, due to the cultural difference between the two regions, as well as the Sudanese work with the books of Moroccans - especially what relates to Maliki Fiqh- An explanation, an appendix, a comment and a comment, in addition to the scientific licenses and the correspondence exchanged between the Scholars of the two region
