Providing Access To The Historical Archive For The Beneficiaries According To The Algerian Legislator: An Analytical Study

Abstract

This research paper aims to study the subject of access to archives according to the Algerian legislator: an analytical study, with knowledge of all aspects of this archival process that allows the beneficiary, whether a researcher or a general public, to view the archive and benefit from the knowledge treasures contained in archival documents preserved in various centers Preserving the archive at the national level, by addressing the definition of the archive and its characteristics, and then showing who is the beneficiary of accessing the archive and its types, up to the definition of access in general and its methods.
