Abstract

The study aims to reveal the elements of the Algerian cultural identity in the documentary film "Constantine Mahwi Al-Afaida", and to identify the image presented by this film, using the content analysis tool, and using the descriptive analytical approach in order to describe and analyze different The elements that lead us to answer the questions raised. The study reached many results, the most important of which is that the documentary focuses heavily on the historical aspect of the city and neglects other important aspects of the cultural identity of the city.
