Elements of entrepreneurial thought and mechanisms to support entrepreneurship in Algeria

Abstract

This study seeks to identify the elements and foundations of entrepreneurial thought that the contractor needs for the success of his projects,such as personal ingredients,ie providing the best performance,striving to achieve goals,taking responsibility,working on innovation,continuous development and excellence. The social,which is considered an important element in pushing towards the establishment of the institution due to its complex composition on the one hand,and on the one hand,what are the mechanisms that Algeria uses in the process of supporting entrepreneurship,and is there follow-up and accompanying small and emerging institutions,we have adopted to clarify this by listing a set of studies and theoretical frameworks and then a detailed The reality of this integrative process between the foundations and mechanisms of entrepreneurship by giving a model to the National Agency for the Management of Microcredit.
