Status of refugee children and women from international protection during mass influxes.

Abstract

International protection for refugees during armed conflicts with massive mass flows includes exceptional protection for special groups, namely refugee children and refugee women. This is what the International Charter has enshrined in various international agreements and conventions. In this study, we will discuss the content and scope of this protection and the mechanisms it contains to contain these groups. Special people with a fragile nature and vulnerable to persecution of all kinds.
