Mosques of residential neighborhoods in Tlemcen in the Islamic era Sheikh Al-Senussi Mosque is a model

Abstract

in this study we will address these mosques in terms of their architectural planning, their artistic elements, and their cultural archaeological status within the urban fabric of the city of Tlemcen. The questions raised in this research is how were these small mosques planned? was it subject to the architectural data known in mosque architecture in its construction? The value of this research lies in the importance of archaeological and architectural studies, no matter how simple they are in planning, In this research, I followed the descriptive and analytical method, relying on the field visit and using the measurements and drawings that I completed for this landmark.
