Abstract
The transfer and deportation of populations from the areas in which they live is a common feature of all armed conflicts, both international and non-international. But the problem is when they are forcibly deported and deported using direct physical force, which is one of the basic pillars of the Israeli occupation policy against the Palestinian people. The policy of deportation and forced displacement was considered an international crime in violation of the provisions and rules of international law, and a blatant violation of international covenants and the legitimacy of human rights.
This paper provides a conceptual framework for the crime of deportation and forced displacement, and a reference for understanding what is happening to the Palestinian people in terms of arbitrary deportation and forced transfer carried out by the Israeli occupation forces on a daily basis. In addition to searching for the legal description of the Israeli policies adopted, and whether the various international rules were concerned with providing protection to the civilian population who were deported and forcibly displaced from their lands, or were stripped of it.
