The quality of higher education outcomes from the point of view of the teaching staff – A field study at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of May 8, 1945, Guelma

Abstract

Our study aimed to identify the qualitative level of graduates at the University of 8May, 1945 Guelma from the point of view of the teaching staff. The level of cognitive skills, communication skills, and technical skills was medium, while the axis of the research was high. Also, there were no statistically significant differences in the level of quality indicators according to the variables of gender and job rank.
