The waqf is a resource of financial and moral value resulting from a charitable Islamic phenomenon, contributed significantly to the construction of Islamic civilization for its financial and in-kind assets, and it also contributes to improving society's infrastructure, especially if invested and expanded, this is what maximizes its value as a source of good and social solidarity, and protects against extinction as well as increases its financial value and sustains it for future generations.
