Abstract

This approach examines a topic related to the interpretation of the legal text by clarifying the explanatory, reformist and persuasive approach in the interpretation of the text, which is the mother of all Islamic scholars who believe that the legal text is an immortal text abstracted from the limits of time, place and man, and is qualified for production at all times and places. Contemporary interpreters of the text who invoke freedom of expression, research, or thinking, and promote claims aimed at disrupting the texts and aborting them in the name of the historicity of the text or the relativity of the legal rulings.
