Abstract

The openness to the Western world, through various means of modern technology, has led to the emergence of many social problems that are alien to our conservative Arab and Islamic societies, such as the phenomenon of publishing on social networking sites Tik Tok videos that carry meanings of irony and mockery of social and religious principles and values. This negative phenomenon contributes In impeding the proper and proper education of our sons and daughters, and it needs quick and effective solutions to reduce it, in a way that criminalizes the act and punishes its perpetrators. Therefore, we decided to study this destructive social scourge and call on the legislator to expedite the development of strict legal solutions.
