Emerging institutions in Algeria between the problematic concept and support mechanisms

Abstract

In these latest years, Algeria has witnessed great interest in encouraging youth to establish small and medium enterprises by introducing mechanisms that guide innovative ideas. On the other side, university, have paid great attention to the emerging institution, whether in terms of scientific activities that frame the concept or training courses that helped create a generation of students with the ability to move towards innovative entrepreneurship and develop ideas in which theory and practice meet. Especially after Ministerial Resolution 1275 established on September 27, 2022, which specifies the modalities for preparing a draft graduation note to obtain a university degree (an emerging institution).
