Delaying the clarification and its transformations through the ages

Abstract

This article examines the issue of “Delaying the clarification” by explaining the implications, examining the opinions, then it traces the transformations, and concludes with an explanation of the contemporary developments and their jurisprudential and advocacy impact.

 Its major problem is: How did the issue of delaying the clarification turn? and how do we benefit from it in our contemporary reality?

The most important conclusion is that the clarification has two meanings: general and specific, and that the permissibility of delaying clarification until the time of need is outweighed by the legal occurrence, but in our time, the information revolution imposed two immediate duties: the primary statement, and the corrective.
