Updating the rent of Endowment property as a mechanism to protect it

Abstract

The lease formula is among the common formulas applied in investing in the endowment sector in Algeria, and this formula can be important in preserving the endowment(waqf)  fin property in the country and achieving the sustainability of its benefit, by making it keep pace with financial developments in the real property market activity, and the problem of the study focused on Researching the importance of Updating the rent of Endowment(waqf) property in order to preserve these properties from extinction and give them.The study aimed to clarify the basics related to the protection of endowment(waqf) properties and the mechanisms of applying the lease formula in the exploitation of these properties in accordance with Algerian law, The study also referred to how to Rent update the rent allowance for endowment properties, and its necessity to preserve the permanence of these properties and increase their benefits,  the study reached a set of results that indicate the clear importance of protecting endowment property and the necessity of Rent update its rent allowance to preserve it and ensure its true position in the real estate market.
