Legal mechanisms to combat hate speech in accordance with Law No. 05/20 of Algerian law

Abstract

      Law No. 20/05 aims to combat hate speech and everything that would discriminate and discriminate between individuals, as well as every act, behavior or word that leads to contempt for an individual or a particular group for racial, religious, gender, and other forms of persecution, and this law came to strengthen The values ​​of democracy on the one hand and the preservation of rights and freedoms and the values ​​of tolerance and respect and work to respect human rights and freedoms without discrimination and work on the rule of law on the other hand. The political system and the fight against corruption in power, but the call for national harmony and solidarity among the people.

     Through this study, we will try to present the mechanisms to combat hate in accordance with Law 05/20.
