Abstract
In this research paper, I address the biography of two scholars from the villages of Bani Warthilan, located in the north west of the Setif region, who were able to shine the light of their beneficial knowledge throughout these villages sprawled on the tops and slopes of high mountains. Their reputation is outside the boundaries of their villages.
Our research, in its first chapter, relates to the biography of Sheikh Yahya Oumousa, one of Sheikh Yahya Al-Aidali’s students, who chose to settle in his hometown in the village of Friha, adjacent to the Bouslam valley. As for the second part of this research, it relates to the biography of Sheikh Muhammad Al-Salah Al-Wartilani, who settled in the village of Agelmim as a teacher and jurist, after he took advantage of the various tributaries of science, until he became one of the people of empowerment in the seas of various mental, religious and literary sciences.
