Abstract

This study deals with: “Scientific citation as a control of scientific integrity controls and a standard for scientific research ethics”, an important issue that focuses on the citation that targets scientific security in general, and achieves scientific integrity, scientific ethics, away from the pelagia, so we dealt with a problem whose content revolves around several research questions looking On the answers of the most important ones: the definition of the quotation and the types of quotation, the terms of the citation and how to reach the scientific trust to preserve the copyright, as well as the conditions of scientific citation, as we tried to clarify some of the forms that show the violation of documentation, then clarify the relationship of the quotation to scientific plagiarism on the side of morality, and from the law side The Algerian legislator, this research has scientific and practical importance, makes it a topic worth studying. Quoting is a scientific method that accompanies researchers wherever they go to search for ideas, and a conclusion has been written that includes an emphasis on the necessity of scientific ethics for scientific research.
