Honor the lineage on the mother’s side, between proof and exile Reading in the message of the two imams Ibn Marzuq el Hafid(-842 AH) and the Imam Marrakchi el Akmeh (807 AH)

Abstract

This paper seeks to talk about a Fiqh issue that has always attracted the attention of jurists. Many scholars of the Arab Islamic West, have brought the proof of the honor of descent on the mother's side to two categories: opposition, In this section, we will not stand the position of the Mufti or the interpreter of the matter. This is the jurisdiction of scholars and fatwas, but I will work to highlight the jurisprudence of the scholars of Morocco and Algeria in responding to those who inquire about the legitimacy of descent from the honorable mother. I have chosen for this subject, two models of the Fatwa of the honor of descent on the mother's side, for two great scholars, the imam  mouhammed al marrekchi al akmah(739h- 807h) and mouhammed ibn marzouq alhafid al talimsani (766h-842h) Each of them in the fatwa on this debacle, fought every style, method and fatwa. Marrakesh al-Akma had a message entitled "Hearing the Deaf in Honor of the Mother." The son of Marzouq also had a message in this " "The two worlds have expanded in this section, affirming their broad knowledge and the accuracy of their answers, based on legitimate evidence derived from the book and the Noble Sunnah.
