Abstract

We tried through this research, test the relationship between general self-inefficacy and non-use of technology. Actually, the research results conducted on university professors and students sample, validated the hypothesis which indicate the effect of general self- inefficacy (cognitive non-control and lack of control of life) on non-use of technologies. The results confirmed the existence of resistance to change, which is rooted very deeply in culture and traditional social system.
