Abstract

The notary is a public officer, has an important role in preserving the rights of customers, as well as
in preserving and revitalizing the state's economy, which knows a noticeable development according
to high technologies, and therefore my studies on this subject will be limited to the techniques
developed in the field of developing the documentation profession, especially in The field of
conducting the notary office with modern equipments. Among the most prominent results that can
be reached in this study is the activation of modern technologies in the work of the binder by
keeping pace with modernity, which is defined by the various departments, especially those dealing
with it.
