An approach to building the integrated security of Algeria beyond 2030

Abstract

Due to the breadth of the security concept, from a unilateral security based on the military sector to a
security of cross dimensional and integrated sectors-economic, political, social, cultural, environmental and
others, its building requires successful development policies of medium and long term. This is what the
major countries have worked on, and they are today cohesive, strong and safe. At the time when Algeria still
depends on building its security on the military sector only ,thus neglecting the rest of necessary sectors that
know a failure in the development policies which are the foundationsfor the building integrated security for
a strong state, in order to achieve this goal this article tries to present an approach to building integrated
Algerian security, focusing on the basic sectors to build security for the modern state, and presenting a
vision of how development can occur in those necessary sectors to build an Integrated security for Algeria
beyond 2030.
