Virtual Learning and Teaching: Between the technical characteristics and the important prospects in the educational process

Abstract

This article discussed the problematic concerning the role of E-Learning Technology in enhancing
the quality of both learning and teaching process. It aims to look in close on the reality of the use of
new information and communication technologies; especially the Virtual Learning Technology in
promoting the learning process. In addition, this article seeks to explore how we can achief the best
learning by the instrumentalization of virtual learning supports' technics by using the analytic and
descriptive methods.
