Abstract

 Production and explanation of language are based not only on the coding and decoding process, but also by other semiotic operations involving the explanation's strategy, because the search for meaning is not restricted to production and explanation in the abstract structure. Indeed, comprehension is only realized through a context where non - linguistic factors are combined in which the explanation's strategy plays a role in achieving the goal of the linguistic event, that are cases approached by Arabic linguistic studies exceeded what the contribution of occidental theories have reached today. So, it was sought to show the initiative of Arab linguists and their use of the pragmatic component, its contemporary meaning, specially "EL-AUSSOL" scientists, when they are devising the religious legitimacy regulations.
