Abstract

The idea of this article revolves around the definition of the term " Waiver " of the right to compensation and its importance in solving many conflict situations as a form of reconciliation between members of the community or even members of the same family. I will also clarify some terms close to the term "waiver" and its relationship to it. This article, which came in the introduction of two parts and an end, was the first in the definition of the term of the left to compensate for the right, and the second in the terms close to it and its relationship to it, and the conclusion included the most important findings and recommendations.
