Control mechanisms for the health quality of food and medicine in Algerian

Abstract

The problem of consumer protection is considered one of the most important problems that plague the ideas
of researchers, legal and economists, which prompted legislation to pay attention to it by developing
regulatory legal texts that protect the consumer on the one hand and penalize those who violate them on the
other hand, due to the development of economic transactions on the one hand and to put an end to the fraud
on the other hand For this purpose, the Algerian legislature has set up governmental prevention agencies
specialized in tracking consumer protection issues that work to suppress fraud according to mechanisms set
by the legislator for that. This study came to deal with these mechanisms and how to conduct them
according to what preserves permanent protection for the Algerian consumer.
