Abstract

This study aims to determine the reality of technology within the institution and the extent of
its interest in technology. So that the intrusion of technology to its management has had
profound effects, whether at the micro or macro level, to become a strategic weapon and a
basic resource in order to achieve competitive advantage. The broad problem included a
main question:
How does technology affect job performance in the Algerian enterprise?
