Towards the implementation of an integrated strategy for administrative reform to reduce the phenomenon of corruption in Algeria

Abstract

The issue of administrative corruption is a dangerous scourge that kills societies, and is directly affected
by it, as well as contributed to its backwardness and deterioration of its conditions, and Algeria, like other
countries, was affected by it, where we note the spread of various manifestations of corruption such as
nepotism, bribery and others, which negatively affected society as a whole and increased the deterioration of
conditions, and this This prompted the people to go out in demonstrations calling for the need for change
and for reforms in all fields.
Administrative reform is one of the important mechanisms to bring about a qualitative leap in all fields,
as it contributes to the transition from a low state to a better one. In this article we will try to address the
importance of administrative reform and its role in reducing the phenomenon of corruption and knowing the
most important manifestations of corruption in Algeria, as we try to clarify The most important foundations
and strategies for its success and its application in reality.
