Traffic Accidents Phenomenon in Algeria and Ways to Reduce its Severity

Abstract

Traffic accidents in Algeria are known to increase in number, change in leading behaviour of new generation drivers, which made the national shed witness a series of overlapping problems in which human factor is considered the first element of these accidents, the most serious of which is the accidents that cause deaths, which in recent years have reached an amazing rate. This has created a danger to lives and property, and requires studying them in all their aspects and devising strategies to create drivers of a similar degree of traffic culture. This can only be achieved by investing in the human element and its proper leadership composition, trying through this modest research to draw attention to the phenomenon and its gravity.
