Electronic sources of information has become important sources of scientific research for most university
The research aims to identify the level of IT skills for users with respect to search and access to sources of
information
this research paper aims to recognize the reality of the electronic information resources identify their
practices.the study used descriptive method as tool questionnaire to collect data ; the study population
consisted of staff members of faculty of constantine 1 , 2 , 3 ( 2902 members) respresentive sample of ( 233
individuals),one of the most important results of the importance of using digital information sources by
faculty menbers and the plagiarism is the most important factors that contribute to not using it
