Abstract

 The research was based on the jurisprudence of the Ministry of National Education on the comprehensive reform of education in order to reach the bank of developed countries, where the Algerian Ministry of National Education has implemented international projects with considerable funds -Many projects have been poorly planned and not adapted to the characteristics of the Algerian school and have often failed, due to the lack of use of the experiences of Arab and foreign countries applied worldwide in the field of education. Education systems have sought to achieve the quality of education because the challenge of quality in any education system is one of the greatest challenges facing education systems, and all countries around the world seek to achieve this quality through policy development, systems development and the development of a range of -The overall reform of the educational institution aims at the construction of a coordinated and successful education system to enable the Algerian school to meet the challenges of the present and the future(Abou Baker ben Bouzid, 2006, p. 07).
